Dr. Amanda Piche

Dr. Amanda Piche believes dental care should be both precise and personal. At FORMA, she blends advanced surgical expertise with a warm, patient-centered approach to help people reclaim their health, function, and confidence through dental implants and periodontal treatment.

A top graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, Dr. Piche was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society and awarded the American Academy of Periodontology Dental Student Award. She completed her periodontics residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, gaining specialized training in dental implants, gum and bone grafting, and the treatment of periodontal disease. Dr. Piche stays at the forefront of her field through advanced continuing education and regularly lectures to fellow dentists and hygienists.

Outside the practice, Dr. Piche enjoys life with her husband, Dr. Celin Arce, an American Board-Certified Prosthodontist. Together, they love exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time outdoors with their two retired greyhounds, Luna and Simon.
